Welcome to the Torrent Search v3.0!

In this release I've added few cool new features and
enhancements that let you search your favorite torrents
faster than ever before. Full support will be provided.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank for the help
and support the Darksde_RG Team especially "hepek" and "faerie".

In this version of Torrent Search you'll be able to to resize
the browsing window

System Tray icon added

Torrent Info Viewer added. The Torrent info allows you to view
the contents of a torrent file which you have downloaded by drag
and drop method. (Drag and drop the .torrent file in to a large square
shaped white box.

To ensure successful installation of the Torrent Search v3.0 the following
executable files should be installed as part of this bundle:

Visual Basic 6.0 SP6 run-time files

VBRun60sp6.exe is a self-extracting executable file that installs the latest
versions of the Microsoft Visual Basic run-time files that are required by
all applications that are created with Visual Basic 6.0. The files include
the fixes that are included with Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 6.

Mozilla ActiveX Control 1.7.1

Mozilla ActiveX Control is a self-extracting executable file that installs
the latest versions of the Mozilla ActiveX Control files that are required
by Torrent Search v3.0. It allows the Torrent Search v3.0 to brows websites
specified in the program with out using the Internet Explorer ActiveX
Control like it was used in Torrent Search v2.0. This allows for the greater
control over pop-up and faster loading of web sites.

Hello m8 im trying out your program as we speak,its very good mucka i like it,some sites on there i never heard of!

I still dont trust torrents on any other site than Dartkside though,everyone here needs a pat on the back for quality and being trustworthy also for being helpfull.

The only issues I see so far is there could be more sites and not to be judgmental here, but I'm one of those guys who loves the wheel on the mouse and it doesn't work in the proggy

that was good, i really liked it .
u dont have to search multiple sites one at a time

i have a few things (that is if u dont mind me saying them)

1. remove the tab for torrentspy it has been shut down completely

2. the scrolling thing doesnt work (wat i mean is that the scroll bar does not end at end of page, it simply goes down and u cant sometimes reach the bottom of the page if it is too long)

3. would it be possible to allow the closure of tabs as and when u are done with them , but all of them open whenever u search but after that when u r browsing u can close the rest and only keep those open that u wanna select from.
(i am no coder and dont know how difficult it might be to implement it. i apologize for any presumption on my part, did not mean to be rude.)

ok ,I have got to ask, (although as no one else has ,and I can only assume it is going to be a really silly question)
why isn't the darkside one of the sites to search?
or is there a search torrent prog that does include the darkside?
I only ask because I have no luck using the sites search engine at all...(and yes! I probably am an idiot! )

Cause Darkside_RG isn't as popular as mininova or piratebay. Compare the # of users. Millions > almost 100,000

Unless the program was developed/created by a Darkside_RG member, i don't see why'd they be on the list. (NO OFFENSE)

Plus Darkside_RG is setup differently than the big sites. We're set up like a forum where as something like mininova is setup like an actual site. PLUS you don't have to join in order to get those torrents.

PS Your not an idiot, i think i tried this out once and it gave me a whole bunch of search results that don't even match because they can't find what i'm looking for. But i'ma give it a try today once i'm on my other cpu.

Let me give my two cents if I can please. Thanks allot for all of the interest in the program and as you can see from the banner app was developed by an darkside member your truly, and the reason why the dark side was excluded is because it requires the login in order to perform a search, and as this app doesn't leave any logs or cookies it is impossible to login before searching for something. Currently I am about to release updated version of the app with some upgrades and if you don't mind please see this topic and help out.
